Here's a link to the presentation i gave at BarcampGovNL in June 2008.
It shows how citizens might interact with the government beyond voting and the standard payment of taxation. It creates a dialogue and more engagement. It's maybe not doable or practical yet, and politically a bit of a hand-grenade. A paired-down version of it might be very interesting a test case for the tax department. I like it because it gets passed the charade of voting on people's personalities.
