How to realize equal interaction capabilities to all?
Government bodies have different roles when engaging in public social interaction on the net. In its offering of interaction capabilities government will want to reduce exclusion. In the case of using Web2.0 technology for government/citizen interaction/collaboration there will be people who cannot or choose not to use the 2.0 based interaction channels.
The presentation uses the example of a public consultation and poses the question: "how to make sure that off line citizen still can get equal interaction capaliities."

This is a tough one. Public consultations and gathering opinons from people on the street who don't use computers or have one at home need other solutions. Perhaps like both mayors of NYC and Amsterdam are building, with free telephone numbers which call on city services or can be used for feedback(as most people have a phone), we could integrate perspectives/opinions/information. Governments can do public consultations in many ways without needing technology. There is also a growing literature on how this can be done. Service design needs support in the Netherlands. We have few companies that do it and we need more. Think 31volts.nl as an example. A scattered response, but a start;)
Very true here in the US, for example a diversity career fair. Lack of 508 compliant social networking sites - i.e. SL or virtual worlds... Was curious of any thoughts on the public funded uses of more pervasive forms of 2.0 examples from your country.
Given an upcoming meeting considering mobile marketing as a channel - to alert, to reach potential job candidates, or even pay metro parking tickets. New to the group but look forward to new applications such as bluetooth or opt in SMS, as we would consider of value for career fair with the goal of diversity to promote careers for a public agency.
